Work sucks, school sucks, shitty few weeks.

This weekend we are going to the beach, i can;t wait

Bus seems like it is coming along slow, i have to ton of stuff to do and i can not seem to get the ball rolling right now. I have GOT to get the head liner in so i can install the cabinets. All the seats are done aside from the lower section on the front bench. Once that is done i can install the cabinets again and finish the few odds and sends that will make it camp-able. Before NOC i am going to have to pull the engine again and replace a oil line and also a trans input shaft seal, maybe a shifter bushing or two... I had hoped to get the vents painted and also touch up a few areas, however at this rate it is not going to happen.

when its al said and done with it will be better than the po ever dreamed it could be, right now that is the goal. There are those that can and those who can't.

done:
wood floors
interior panels
new spedo cable
3 rear seat recovered, one to go
one pedestal re-built
painted window frames
cleaned up the wiring out back

to do:
finish rear seat
finish headliner
install and re-build cabinets
cover front seat
replace the trans input shaft seal
other odds and ends...

NOC is going to be here FAST! if the bus is going to be ready i am going to have to bust it! the major setbacks are the trans leaking, and the headliner. Once the headliner is in the rest of the interior should be a pretty quick fix.

Drove to shogun, 5 workers were sitting in the parking lot behind the
restataunt on boxes, trash everywhere! Yuck, we went elsewhere.

got the bus running tonight and went for a drive... trans is a bit sloppy, brakes went to the floor... noisy and rattely... it was a little mis-represented. Regardless, i adjusted the breaks and they seem solid, the e.b. works and it was not popping out of any gears... The lights, blinkers, flashers and such are all working.

there is a ton of work left to do... not to mention that i am going to have to trouble shoot. Its been a while since i posted a list, here goes:

install headliner and insulation
add trans fluid
install floor (wood)
install side panels and insulation
make door panels
re-assemble window frame
re-cover seats (very important)
install and re-build cabinets
make table
install fog lights and radio
touch up exterior paint

that is the major list, it's a ton of work and it will have to be done by the end of September. i think we can pull it off, but i can't waste any time!
